It’s Easy to Send your iPod to us for Repair!
 
 
Ship It! After submitting your repair request, ship your iPod to this address. It is preferable to use an insured shipping service such as UPS or FedEx in case the device is lost or damaged along the way. Pack the iPod carefully, and please do not include cables or accessories unless we have instructed you to do so. Quote? We will have an NF Tech Services technician contact you within 24 hours of receiving the device. The technician will discuss your diagnosis and repair options in order to get your iPod running perfectly again. At that point you will have the option to accept or reject our estimate. Please note: We can give broad quotes via e-mail, for established issues (cracked screen, tired battery). For a detailed quote and diagnosis, we must have the iPod to test.
 
 
 
Payment... Once you’ve accepted our estimate, we’ll repair the iPod. This is when payment is required. We accept Google Checkout, PayPal, or Check/Money Order- but please note that checks and money orders must clear before the iPod is returned to you. If you decline the estimate, a $20 service fee applies to cover the diagnosis and return shipping. We can also buy your iPod from you.
 
 
 
Return... Once payment has been submitted and the repair is complete, we’ll ship it back to you, carefully packed and fully insured. We ship with FedEx for all orders except international, which are shipped with USPS. FedEx Home Delivery (3-5 days): FREE within 48 Continental US FedEx Express: E-Mail us for an Estimate P.O.
